Client: Queensland Health – EDQ 

Due diligence consisting of site identification, assessment and acquisition options of 10 key sites across southern Gold Coast and the wider Brisbane area. Coordination of the consultant team for the production of 100 independent consultant reports (10 for each site) in coordination with one other Development Manager. Regular updates to client on the suitability of sites relative to the proposed use and space requirements.
