Matt is a qualified Project Manager and Open licensed builder with specific and broad experience, having delivered construction and development projects across multiple sectors from SE QLD to Western Australia. Bringing strong leadership and problem-solving skills to all projects, combined with a technical background including both tertiary education and industry experience.

Coming from a trade background, Matt has the fundamental skills and knowledge of what clients want, expect, and need when it comes to project delivery.

Clay has 22+ years’ experience working in the construction industry bringing a diverse set of skills to the table, having worked on projects in residential, retail, office fit-out, industrial and government sectors.

Clay’s capabilities offer the key fundamental experience required to plan, manage, and monitor all key delivery responsibilities on any given project. Holding the ability to manage the team and advise the client and stakeholders accordingly, bringing clarification and transparency to ensure the product is delivered on budget, on time, and to high-quality standards whilst mitigating any potential risks.

With over 12 years of experience in the construction industry and qualifcations as a civil engineer, Dino is an integral part of our leadership team. His expertise spans a wide range of multidisciplinary projects, including multi-residential apartments, industrial warehouses, commercial health service facilities, and highways and road infrastructure. Having worked with esteemed companies such as Hutchinson Builders and Seymour Whyte, Dino has a proven track record of success across diverse sectors.

Dino is known for his hands-on approach on site, where he plays a critical role in managing site supervisors, foremen, consultants, and subcontractors. His focus is on ensuring that each project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets the highest standards of quality and safety. His leadership, technical knowledge, and attention to detail make him a key player in delivering successful outcomes for every project he oversees.

With a law degree and a background in property and body corporate, Elizabeth coordinates and manages all contractual matters in the role of contract administrator for the company. Her people-oriented nature and excellent communication skills mean she can negotiate with subcontractors and establish rapport with clients to ensure deadlines and expectations are met. Elizabeth has developed high-level skills in contract administration, cost management and client stakeholder management.

Assisting with constant review of commercial team documentation including the review of all forms of subcontractor/supplier documentation on a constant basis to ensure the team is working with up-to-date documentation when issuing to subcontractors.

Programme; development of short-term programmes with site management team and updating on weekly basis as 4 week lookahead to ensure progression of the project is achieved as per the target programme.

With over 12+years of experience as a fully qualifed and experienced carpenter and cabinet maker, Royce also has an extensive background in carpentry and shopftting. Particularly working within retail tenancies and hotel construction.

Royce is committed to implementing his existing knowledge and practice within the construction phases and subcontractor management and supervision in the feld during the project. He holds a Supervisors Licence and Certifcate IV in building and construction.

Royce is a strong leader on site, continually encouraging and working well guiding his team. Royce coordinates and takes responsibility during construction to ensure our projects are completed within deadlines and required methodologies relevant to the project deliverables.

Ryan has over 12+ years’ experience in the construction industry with a trade background proven ability to work under pressure and am adept at handling himself in dificult situations. Taking pride in safety and always approach tasks with a safety-frst attitude, committed to the zero-harm mantra. Driven by challenges, with positive attributes including Reliability, Integrity, Honesty, Commitment & Dedication. Proven problem-solver and logical thinker.

Experience in managing large scale industrial and commercial projects ranging between $5 -$50 million. Experience in building high end homes up to $18m, high-rise construction, shop ft outs, commercial buildings and high degree of experience in the industrial sector.

Linda manages daily, weekly and monthly fnancial accounts within the business. Managing all staf wages, supplier and sub-contractors accounts, whilst also progressively processing any relevant claims and fnancial statements to stakeholders across any given project.

Experienced Residential Site Supervisor with a strong track record in managing the construction of low-set, high-set, and duplex homes within Logan and Gold Coast City regions. Skilled in coordinating trades, ensuring compliance with building codes, and maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety. Adept at scheduling, problem-solving, and driving projects to successful completion on time.

Proven ability to handle all phases of construction, from site preparation to final handover, with a focus on client satisfaction and quality control.
