We are proud to have constructed the new headquarters for Cleanaway at 50 Harper, one of Australia's leading waste and recycling companies. This state-of-the-art facility on the Gold Coast comprises a comprehensive 2500m² recycling factory equipped with advanced processing technology, a 550m² truck workshop for vehicle maintenance and repairs, and 550m² of modern office space complete with a kitchen and staff amenities. The development also features essential facilities for drivers, including after-hours amenities such as showers and lockers, a weight bridge for accurate load measurements, and a truck wash bay. The site is enhanced with meticulous external landscaping and secured with a gated entrance, exit, and comprehensive CCTV coverage, ensuring a safe and efficient operation.
