Heritage Cliffside Apartment Building at Kangaroo Point, Brisbane is an extensive heritage building refurbishment that revitalises the property with modern amenities while preserving its historic charm. The development includes eight uniquely designed apartments, each offering a blend of contemporary convenience and classic elegance. Every unit features refurbished timber floors, bespoke joinery, and high-quality finishes in the kitchens and bathrooms, providing a luxurious living experience. Each apartment is equipped with a modern kitchen boasting custom cabinetry, quality appliances and stylish splashbacks. The bathrooms are elegantly appointed with high-end fixtures, custom vanities and laundry facilities. The project also includes essential upgrades to plumbing and electrical systems, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents. The refurbishment extends to the building's exterior, with extensive work on the roof, gutters, and façade to address water ingress and enhance the building's overall durability.
