Coordination of a team of specialists in each area including, structural, electrical, fire safety, accessibility, among others, to produce a compliance report comprising the documental and constructive aspects to help the decision of the investment fund in the acquisition of the assets. Preparation of the scope of works to remedy all non-compliances on all disciplines. Project management of a specialist team to obtain the necessary permits and certificates, carry out the design and implement the necessary measures previously reported.
