Project: Lavarack Barracks, Townsville 

Client: Abyss Demolition 

Engaged for Project Management services for the three nominated demolition sites within the barracks – in preparation for future re-developments. These areas included accommodation buildings, office and training areas, and hazardous material removal and waste management. Access and operations throughout required high level coordination due to the strict military base policies and procedures.
