Project Overview: Delivering Expert Project Management and Client-Side Superintendent Services since its inception in 1989, The Oasis remains a key landmark on the Gold Coast bustling shopping and dining precinct located in the heart of Broadbeach. The centre has continued to grow and evolve meeting retailer and customer demand with extensive renovations and changes including the iconic monorail that connecting the beach, shopping and Jupiter’s Hotel & Casino (now Star Casino).

Substantial capital investment was provided to revitalise the shopping precinct and future-proof the asset for tomorrow’s needs. Centro Concepts provided specialised comprehensive project management and client-side superintendent services across various disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, fire, and hydraulic systems to seamlessly integrate the historical portions of this site with new improvements to improve NABER’s ratings, efficiencies and overall customer experience. Part of the improvement works included toilets complete renovations, vertical transportation project, ambience works, complete upgrade works of fire, electrical systems, and replacement of major mechanical of all air-conditioning system including all the three centre’s chillers. We seamlessly integrated these systems with the current building systems whilst managing intricacies of a bustling live shopping centre.
