At Centro Concepts, we specialise in transforming spaces to exceed client expectations, and our work at Quest Chermside is a testament to that commitment. We are leading a full-scale refurbishment of 56 one-bedroom and studio apartments, as well as revitalising all common areas and foyers. Our approach to this AUD $2.4 million project is meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring that every element—from the repainting of walls, ceilings, and doors to the retiling of bathrooms and kitchen splashbacks—is executed with precision.

We’re upgrading each apartment with 20mm stone benchtops, state-of-the-art whitegoods, and modernised electrical fixtures that blend functionality with aesthetic appeal. The bathroom renovations, featuring sleek vanities, frameless mirrors, and contemporary plumbing fixtures, redefine comfort and style. With new carpeting throughout, these apartments are set to provide an elevated living experience for guests, and in accordance with the Quest standards. Scheduled for completion over 10 months, this project highlights our strength in delivering high-quality, on-time refurbishments that enhance both property value and guest satisfaction.
