Our ongoing role here showcases our versatility and dedication to maintaining and enhancing large-scale, complex properties. Partnering with JLL, we are at the forefront of refurbishment and rectification work across this iconic development, ensuring it remains a premier living destination.

Our expertise shines through in projects like the replacement of over 8,000 glass panels across 1,000+ apartments—a proactive solution to upgrade from single-glazed glass, enhancing safety and durability while reducing potential risks. Our apartment refurbishments are comprehensive, breathing new life into spaces with complete overhauls of bathrooms, balconies, and living areas, all executed with the highest standards of craftsmanship.

In the common areas, our work on the swimming pool floor is a prime example of our problem-solving capabilities. We transformed a worn, unsafe surface into a high-performance, slip-resistant, and visually striking feature, using advanced epoxy coatings. Our external repainting of 18 high-rise towers, including intricate render repairs and abseil painting techniques, underscores our ability to handle challenging projects with finesse.

The basement lift lobby refurbishments further demonstrate our commitment to blending practicality with design. From installing durable vinyl plank flooring to introducing modern LED lighting and eye-catching mural panels, we’ve redefined these spaces to enhance the overall experience for residents and visitors alike.
