Matt Lingard
Managing Director
Matt is a qualified Project Manager with experience working both for a principal contractor and a client-side project management consultancy firm. Coming from a trade background with a Cert III in Carpentry, Matt has the fundamental skills which has provided the base of his experience within the construction industry.
Involved in delivering multiple projects of various sizes within time and budget, providing clients with their desired outcomes. Providing excellent communication skills, this has helped Matt create many strong relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors as well as other stakeholders.
Bringing strong leadership and problem solving skills to any project combined with a technical background, including both tertiary education and industry experience.

Clay Kudla
Managing Director
Clay’s experience over the past two decades working throughout the construction industry brings a diverse set of skills to the table, having worked on projects in residential, retail, office fit-out, industrial and government sectors.
Clay’s capabilities offer the key fundamental experience required to consult, manage, and monitor the contractual obligations and administration issues that occur day-to-day on any given project.
Holding the ability to engage, manage and advise the client and stakeholders accordingly bringing clarification and transparency to the project to ensure the project is delivered on budget, on time, and to high quality standards whilst mitigating any potential risks.
