Construction Management
With extensive onsite experience, we provide the site management you seek to coordinate each project. Whether as your representative onsite, or as Contracts Administrator, we will monitor works to insure they are in accordance with the Contract, controls and brief, administering changes to the project as required. 

Cohesion between the Client, Principal Contractors, and trades is essential for the delivery of each successful project.

Programming & Planning
Our Project Managers will develop and implement a master program to suit each project. 

As required; Identify key development and project milestones, set achievable durations, identify opportunities for fast tracking critical activities and Include appropriate contingencies and float.

Design Coordination
Develop the Clients brief, identify efficiencies in design costs, and engage relevant Consultants to produce design documentation. 

We’ll liaise with key stake holders and designers to review conceptual design brief, ensuring your desired outcome is not compromised by design clashes. We see this happen all too often and identifying these clashes early can save a lot time and costs.

Cost Management
Delivery with cost parameters, constantly assessing value for money at every stage. Which in turn will deliver the best commercial outcomes for our Clients.

Preparation of cost paybacks and analysis to provide feedback and feasibility on an investment decision.

Risk Management
We target early identification and mitigation of project risks and provide the level of resourcing necessary to achieve our Clients outcomes, while monitoring throughout project life cycle.

Contract Prep/Admin
Centro will prepare and administer your contractual agreements from inception to delivery, and throughout Defects Liability Periods.

Managing changes and adjustments to the contract throughout the construction stage in order to protect the Client.
