Project Managing the Design & Construction of the 40/40 creative offices and gallery. Coordinating and providing flexibility throughout the design and planning phase to achieve the required finishes the client had envisioned. The project included design management, bespoke building elements, We delivered this project in a collaborative, open and honest approach with the client. Providing a personalised and tailored solution to ensure the final product was delivered to the desired specification, on budget, and with works undertaken after hours to minimise impacts to the business operations during the fit-out.
