Client-side project management and Superintendency on behalf of the Client and Asset Owner to deliver the new purpose built, 6 level, 800-unit Kennards Self Storage Facility, governing all contractual obligations between the Principal Contractor, Principal, and End-User to ensure the project contract measures were managed and implemented to ensure delivery was complete on-time, budget and to high quality standards and specifications.
