Client: 96 Lot Land Subdivision

Responsible for design coordination of 15 unique housing designs across a challenging sloping site. Responsible for coordination of consultant team, overcoming the challenging topography, slope, protected vegetation, and overland flow challenges towards DA package and submission to the City of Gold Coast.
