Coordination of a team of specialists in each area, including structural, electrical, fire safety engineers, to produce a compliance report for the Hilton tower and all complex involving two other towers and a subterranean shopping centre. Coordination of a site surveyor team to check all the building modifications since its construction and impacts on the building compliance situation. Production of technical reports and plans to be used by the legal team in the mitigation process.
