Client-Side Project Management of diverse building aspects, including design and construction of civil, fire safety system, traffic impact management, vegetation management, among several others. Coordination of the design of aspects of the building services, including time/cost management of the consultants. Inspection of all building phases to check quality and compliance with the approved plans, standards and legislation. Management of all approval processes in all public spheres, including environmental, DAs, Fire safety, Air traffic, etc. Comprehensive report coordination, including all non-compliances and defects of the buildings, to prepare the scope of necessary works and program.
