Client: GOLDOC (Commonwealth Games Organising Committee)

Managing and coordinating design development, scope development and trade work packages, liaising with key Functional delegates in the organising committee, Department of State Development and the Principal Contractor(s) on a daily basis; reviewing and implementing design, cost and programming strategies prior to enabling construction. Managing the inspections and validations pre/during/post construction activities on site. Scheduling and coordinating meetings and inspections with the Local authorities (i.e. Gold Coast Water, Gas inspectorates, Energex, COGC) including overlooking applications and permits. Liaising with the Private Certifier for review and approval of all compliance certificates, also coordinating with the WH&S officers to collate all necessary safety documentation from contractors prior to commencement of any construction activities on site.
