The Highgrove Estate Project involved the development of 6no. new standalone dwellings within a community titled scheme. Designed by NMDS Architecture, the unique high set houses were the first of their kind within the fast developing growth corridor West of Brisbane.

Responsible for the site acquisition, DA submission, Material Change of Use application, BA submission, procurement, and delivery of 6no. standalone dwellings. The delivery of this project was achieved within time and budget parameters.
