HillClose is master planned development situated on an elevated site, 6kms from the Gladstone CBD. The project is across a sloping topography and featured, a generous park equipped with BBQ facility and shaded play equipment. Embellishments include public art, and preservation of existing street trees. Responsibility: full accountability for project start to finish. Securing external funding, expedited delivery, development management, procurement of designs and civil / landscape delivery, external works billboards, artwork pieces, creditable headworks. Plan Of Development (POD) coordination and allocation with builder partners.

Achievements:

  • The first PDA to achieve UDIA 5 leaf accredited – 2012

  • Managing the new innovations in small lot housing in a regional area with lot sizes ranging from 150m² to 650m².
