Client Side Project management on the Rollout of 10+ depots (fit-outs) across Queensland. Coordinating consultants, design development, Capex cost control, scope development, tendering packages, and programming strategies to allow evaluation and engagement of the principal contractor/s leading into construction. Liaising with the Town Planners and Private Certifiers for coordination and completion of relevant Development approvals and Building Approvals through design reviews and compliance certificates. Managing the principal contractor and contractors to ensure EH&S documentation was submitted and approved prior to commencement of any construction activities on site.
