LEAD Consultants was engaged as the Project Managers, Superintendents, and Quantity Surveyors for the programmed rollout of 36no. refurbishment projects throughout Queensland at a total budget of $55m.

As the Assistant Project Manager on several of these refurbishments (each at a value of $500k to $2.5m), Matt was responsible for the general day-to-day management of the projects from the initial scoping of the project through to commissioning and handover.
