Managed and delivered three of AMP’s Amenities Upgrades which ran con-currently throughout three tenant occupied buildings. Delivering the facilities within a live corporate environment had challenges due to constraints around after hour works, noisy works, site access, neighboring tenants, accelerated works, etc. My awareness managing live environment projects helped deliver this project on time, within budget, and sufficient quality; satisfying the client’s requirements.
