Managed the bump-in, operation and dismantle of overlaying structures and services required for the Pacific Games Venues and overlay with regard to ensure the projects program, cost, quality, and safety was delivered with the accelerated timeframe to achieve completion prior to opening and closing ceremonies. Review and close consultation was upheld with all necessary contractors and consultants to prioritise and establish actions such as fine line scheduling, revision / amendment of drawings, emergency management, logistics, WH&S, inductions, and Site management logs. Client relationship and building relations within a different country and among a diverse culture has grown our experience to immerse and deliver a project abroad.
