Managed the rectification and refurbishment of the Parkview Apartments from the initial engagement, dealing directly with the respective strata property managers in order to manage and understand the nature of the project and the environment in which the works were undertaken. 

Providing an independent service in order to alleviate concerns in which the Body Corporate have when dealing with a number of stakeholders living interstate or abroad causing difficulties around monitoring and maintaining quality assurance during the project life cycle. I’ve provided a service representing all the stakeholders on behalf of the client, resolving these difficulties common to this type of project. 

Our delivery model was structured to manage the project, in order to provide minimal disruption and safeguarding to all stakeholders, capturing the progression of the project along with all contractual documentation being up-held to benefit all stakeholder’s of Parkview Apartments from design through to completion, with a common goal to deliver the project in a timely, cost effective, and quality assured professional manner.
