Directly managed a number of projects for ALDI their Distribution Centre located at Stapylton and Brendale. ALDI’s warehouse facilities have a highly operational live environment to work within; which incurs challenging constraints on any project i.e. time frames, safety requirements, etc. The most recent projects consist of:

• New 50,000m2 ALDI Distribution Centre (Brendale) 
• Quality Kitchen and Quality Assurance facilities
• National Roll-out of the Battery charging systems throughout ALDI’s Distribution Centre’s (Nationally)
• External lighting upgrade 
• CCTV Security System upgrades (2 sites) 
• Amenities and Staff Room Upgrade 
• Truck Wash Upgrade

Both projects delivered in a design and construction methodology, where we have shortlisted and recommended the appropriate contractors capable to deliver the projects; based on relevant experience, proposed fee, and the contractors capability. Pre-planning and concise review in the tender stage helped achieve a competitive price, whilst ensuring all project deliverables were reached.
